McDonald’s is set to roll out exciting updates to its menu this August, bringing back two beloved burgers and introducing new beverages.
As with all new arrivals, some current favorites will be leaving. The Double Big Mac, Raspberry Ripple Milkybar McFlurry, and McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse will be phased out. Fans have until September 3 to enjoy these items before they are replaced by the new menu on September 4.
New McDonald’s Menu Items on The Way
The revamped menu will feature the return of two fan-favorite burgers: the Philly Cheese Stack and the Chicken Big Mac.
The Philly Cheese Stack consists of two beef patties, cheese sauce, two slices of cheese, grilled and crispy onions, and pickles, all sandwiched in a crispy toasted bun. This burger was previously available in the UK during the autumn of 2023.
The Chicken Big Mac, as the name suggests, is a twist on the classic Big Mac, featuring chicken patties instead of beef. It includes the same ingredients as the McChicken Sandwich—cheese, lettuce, pickles, and the signature Big Mac sauce.
Alongside these burgers, McDonald’s is introducing a new range of sides and desserts. Mozzarella Dippers will be available, as well as a choice between a Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry or a Twix Caramel McFlurry for dessert.
Additionally, McDonald’s is launching a Twix Latte, described as a smooth latte blended with Twix-flavored syrup, topped with caramel cream, and finished with Twix crumbs.
For a limited time, ahead of the full menu launch, McDonald’s will offer the Grimace Shake—a viral sensation in the United States. This blueberry-flavored shake, blended with a creamy milkshake base, creates the perfect purple treat.
