Arby’s is joining the fall flavor trend with a new seasonal dessert. The fast-food chain will introduce a Pumpkin Pie Turnover, expected to be available starting September 30.
This latest addition follows the trend set by other major brands like McDonald’s, Costco, Krispy Kreme, and Starbucks, which have all launched their pumpkin-flavored items for the season.
Food blogger Markie Devo broke the news on Instagram, sharing that the Pumpkin Pie Turnover will be a limited-time offering. This triangular pastry features a flaky crust and sweet pumpkin pie filling, topped with cream cheese icing designed to resemble football laces in honor of the upcoming NFL season.
While the exact end date for the Pumpkin Pie Turnover’s availability is not yet clear, it will be offered at participating Arby’s locations through the fall.
Reactions to the new menu item have been mixed. Some people expressed a lack of interest, noting they don’t usually enjoy turnovers. However, many fans are excited about the new flavor and are looking forward to trying it.
“It looks good! ,” commented one Instagram user. Another fan, who enjoyed Arby’s chocolate turnovers, is eager to try the pumpkin pie version.
“This might be worth the effort.” another person noted.
