Our Experience with The Menu

We started our meal with the Cheese Donuts and Pork Riblets, both of which were delightful. The riblets were incredibly tender, falling off the bone easily, and free of tough or fatty bits—a starter we’d happily order again. However, the real showstopper was the Cheese Donuts.

These donuts offered a satisfying cheese pull, a feature many diners look for. Paired with a side of chili jam, the donuts were perfectly complemented. The seasoning was so good it had us licking our fingers, and we could have easily eaten more. The portion sizes were just right, leaving us satisfied but still ready for more.

For our side dish, we opted for the Cheese and Maple Bacon Fries. The portion was generous, a welcome change from the often tiny servings of fries that give the illusion of abundance. Despite being loaded with bacon and cheese, the fries were neither heavy nor greasy. Instead, they were light and enjoyable.

For those with a hearty appetite, the Ultimate American Grill is a must-try. This meaty feast includes a flame-grilled 4oz rump steak, garlic and lemon grilled chicken breast, Cajun bacon chop, half rack of classic ribs, and a Fridays™ chicken wing. Everything is smothered in Fridays™ Legendary Glaze and served with house fries, grilled mushroom, onion rings, and corn on the cob.

We couldn’t finish it all, making it an ideal dish to share or conquer alone if you’re feeling particularly hungry. The steak, ordered medium-rare, was cooked perfectly—juicy and tender. We’re still salivating just thinking about it.

The Cajun Spiced Mac & Cheese with barbecue pulled pork was another standout. The portion size stayed true to the American theme, generous and hearty. The barbecue pulled pork topping was sweet, tender, and moist, adding a delicious layer to the creamy mac & cheese.
