The Arby’s restaurant at 292 E. Exchange Street in Akron will permanently close on Wednesday due to declining sales, according to employees.
Workers were notified of the closure just one day before the shutdown, as reported by the Beacon Journal.
A spokesperson from Arby’s was not available for comment at this time.
This follows a similar recent closure, with the Starbucks at Summit Mall shutting down suddenly six months ago, also with little notice to its employees.
