Wendy’s Teams Up with Gen Z Brand Lonely Ghost for Trendy New Merch Line

Last month, Wendy’s made a splash with its Saucy Nuggs, and now the Ohio-based fast-food chain is back with another exciting offer: a new line of Wendy’s-themed clothing.

In a fresh collaboration with popular Gen Z streetwear brand Lonely Ghost, Wendy’s has unveiled a collection of limited-edition apparel. The lineup includes a camo trucker hat, a crewneck sweatshirt, wide-leg sweatpants, a baby doll shirt, and a sticker pack—items that reflect the unique style of both brands.

“Our latest launch, Saucy Nuggs, was designed to meet Gen Z’s desire for a unique nugget experience,” said Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer for Wendy’s. “Our collaboration with Lonely Ghost celebrates community and the shared excitement of both brands’ fans.”

The clothing collection aims to “fuel friendships,” with pieces like wide-leg sweatpants intended to enhance social gatherings.

The new merch will be available for purchase starting tomorrow, July 31, at 11 a.m. ET. A preview of the collection is currently available on Lonely Ghost’s website and social media accounts.

Starting tomorrow, customers can also order the Saucy Nuggs “The Lonely Ghost Way” through the Wendy’s app. This special combo includes Spicy Ghost Pepper Saucy Nuggs, fries, a drink, and a side of Ghost Pepper Ranch. The offer is available from July 31 through August 7.

If you haven’t tried the Saucy Nuggs yet, they come in 4, 6, 10, and 20-piece sizes, and are available in seven different flavors: Honey BBQ, Garlic Parm, Buffalo, Spicy Honey BBQ, Spicy Garlic Parm, Spicy Buffalo, and Spicy Ghost Pepper. The nuggets are served with separate sauce packets for you to toss and coat them as you like.

John Li, Global Vice President of Culinary Innovation at Wendy’s, described the Saucy Nuggs as “a next-level culinary experience” when they launched last month. However, customers might want to be cautious with the white sweatpants when enjoying their meal.
