Firefighters responded to the incident on July 13 at 1:42 a.m. at the fast food restaurant located at 16599 Yonge St. at Savage Road.

The outlet was safely evacuated before the fire department arrived.

Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire on an exterior wall, which had caused smoke to fill the restaurant.

The fire was due to an electrical problem, the incident report stated. The restaurant will remain closed until repairs are completed.
