KFC‘s franchise holder in Luxembourg, Firce Capital, has unveiled ambitious plans to generate approximately 600 employment opportunities across ten new fast-food outlets in the Grand Duchy. This announcement follows KFC’s confirmation of its first location at the Belval Plaza shopping center, scheduled to commence operations in October.
The franchise has already initiated two recruitment campaigns, securing a number of permanent and fixed-term contracts for the Belval opening. According to Caroline Berthelot, head of recruitment, the initial restaurant is anticipated to provide employment for 70 individuals.
“Starting from the first quarter of next year, we will be launching additional restaurants, each employing around 60 people per location. We encourage applications for various roles, from team members to restaurant managers,” stated Berthelot.
KFC’s expansion strategy includes the establishment of nine additional restaurants across Luxembourg. Currently, lease agreements are being finalized, with further details regarding these new locations expected to be disclosed in the near future.
