Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Opens New Location in West Louisville

Louisville, Ky. — A new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has opened near the Goodwill Opportunity Campus in west Louisville this week.

The new fast-food restaurant, spanning 2,100 square feet, is located at 2618 W. Broadway and officially opened on Monday, July 15, according to a report by Louisville Business First. This marks Popeyes’ first establishment in West Louisville, adding to its existing presence with seven other restaurants across the Greater Louisville region.

Jonah Development Corp., based in Cincinnati, Ohio, managed the construction of the new restaurant, which was initially announced in 2019. Construction commenced in September 2023.
