Taco Bell” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>Taco Bell is joining the meal deal competition with its new offering, the “Luxe Cravings Box,” priced at $7 for a limited time.
This bundle includes popular items like the Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, and a Double Stacked Taco, accompanied by chips and nacho cheese sauce, along with a medium-sized drink.
In a statement released Thursday, the company described the bundle as providing a luxurious experience at an affordable price, aiming to make dining out accessible to everyone on a daily basis.
Taco Bell’s move follows similar strategies by other fast food chains to cater to budget-conscious consumers amidst inflation concerns. Earlier initiatives by the Yum! Brands-owned company include the $5 Taco Discovery Box and the Cravings Value Menu, which offers 10 items for $3 or less, introduced earlier this year.
Competing in the market for affordable food options, Taco Bell faces competition from McDonald’s recent $5 meal deal, Wendy’s $3 breakfast bundle, and Burger King’s upcoming $5 promotion slated for this summer. Even Starbucks has entered the fray with its own $7 food and beverage combination.
The battle among fast food giants intensifies as they seek to attract customers with enticing meal deals amid economic uncertainties
