Attention food lovers: Philippine fast food giant Jollibee will celebrate the grand opening of its new branch at Agana Shopping Center on Thursday, June 27.
This opening comes after a soft launch, which is anticipated to take place this week, contingent on the final government permit being issued.
The Hagåtña Jollibee is the second on Guam. Franchise holder Heavenly Foods Inc. has also announced plans for a third restaurant on the island.

A brief ceremony will be held to commemorate the grand opening at 10 a.m. on June 27.
The new Jollibee location features two drive-thrus to better serve more customers and offers dine-in service. It is built on the site where Shirley’s Coffee Shop once stood. Shirley’s Coffee Shop has since moved back to its original ocean view location in Hagåtña.
Typhoon Mawar delayed the initial opening date for this Jollibee branch from late 2023 to the second half of 2024.
Jollibee re-entered the Guam market in 2019 when Heavenly Foods opened a $2 million restaurant near Micronesia Mall in Dededo, located in the northern part of the island.
The Agana Shopping Center branch aims to better serve residents in the central and southern parts of Guam.
