Jollibee Recognized for Top Customer Satisfaction in Kuwait

Jollibee, the popular Filipino fast-food chain, has been named one of the top 10 brands for customer satisfaction in Kuwait, according to the 2023 Service Hero Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards. The award recognizes companies in Kuwait that offer excellent customer service, based on factors like customer expectations, satisfaction, and likelihood of recommending the brand.

The Service Hero CSI Awards evaluated over 500 brands across 20 different categories. Jollibee stood out for its commitment to providing customers with great-tasting food, friendly service, and a delightful dining experience.

Jollibee’s first store in Kuwait opened in February 2012 and the company now operates seven stores in the country. Yacoub Aljajery, franchisee for the Al Musaifra Catering Company, highlighted Jollibee’s strong brand recognition and comprehensive support structure as key factors in their success.

“I chose Jollibee as a franchise because of its strong brand recognition, great menu offerings, and the opportunity to introduce Jollibee to Arab/Kuwaiti customers,” Aljajery said. “It has proven to be a successful venture.”

Jollibee also operates stores in other Middle Eastern countries, including the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The company has recently been ranked among the top 5 strongest restaurant brands in the world and the top 2 fastest-growing restaurant brands globally.

Another Jollibee Group-owned brand, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, was also included in the top 10 brands for customer satisfaction in Kuwait.
