POOLER, Ga. — The community of Pooler has welcomed a new Chick-fil-A restaurant at 205 Grand Central Blvd., bolstering the local dining options amidst the area’s rapid growth. The newly opened Chick-fil-A Godley Station will serve customers from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, offering dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out services.
In alignment with its corporate mission, Chick-fil-A is leveraging its first day of operation to make a significant community impact. “Chick-fil-A aims to be recognized as the world’s most caring company. We want people to associate our brand with a deep sense of care,” explained the restaurant’s spokesperson, Davis.
As part of its community-oriented initiatives, Chick-fil-A has partnered with Families for Families, committing to provide 100 foster families in Pooler with Chick-fil-A meals for a year. Additionally, the restaurant has collaborated with Shared Table, a local charity, to distribute unsold food to those in need.
The restaurant’s family-friendly atmosphere is a significant draw for patrons like Jeffrey Hubbard. “We’re here to celebrate my 14-year-old getting his braces off, and Chick-fil-A is part of our celebration. It’s a great day for us,” Hubbard shared.
Unique to the new location is its inclusion of a playground, which has been particularly well received. “The playground, along with our spacious dining room and ample parking, are features our families are very excited about,” Davis noted.
Chick-fil-A Godley Station is actively seeking to expand its team and encourages interested individuals to apply. Applications can be submitted through the restaurant’s website or by texting “apply” to 888-301-5711.
