Fan-Favorite Nuggets Make Comeback After Rapid Sell-Out.
Taco Bell is bringing back its Crispy Chicken Nuggets after a highly successful debut last year. The fast food chain announced that the popular item will return to menus nationwide starting April 24. This time, the nuggets will be available for the brand’s longest offering yet, according to a press release shared with PEOPLE.
The nuggets were first introduced on December 19 during a limited run. Within a week, they sold out across the country.
Taco Bell reported that nearly 5 million customers tried the item during its initial launch, with almost one in six orders including the nuggets.
The upcoming return is part of a larger plan. Taco Bell aims to make crispy chicken a permanent fixture on its menu by 2026. This plan may extend beyond just nuggets, signaling a broader expansion of chicken-based offerings.
