Restaurant Set to Open on April 3, Bringing Jobs and Community Recognition.
FREDERICKSBURG, Texas (March 31, 2025) — Chick-fil-A® is set to open its first restaurant in Fredericksburg on Thursday, April 3, 2025, marking an exciting new chapter for the Texas community. The restaurant will be led by Janell Edwards, a Fredericksburg native who has been chosen as the independent franchised Owner-Operator.
Located at 503 Friendship Lane, the new Chick-fil-A Fredericksburg will operate from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Customers can enjoy dine-in, drive-thru, and carry-out options. The restaurant will also feature a playground designed to accommodate families with children.
This new location adds to the growing presence of Chick-fil-A in the San Antonio area, which now boasts more than 40 restaurants. To celebrate its grand opening, the Fredericksburg restaurant will honor 100 local heroes by offering them free Chick-fil-A entrées for an entire year.
The opening of this restaurant not only brings delicious food to the local community but also creates approximately 100 full- and part-time jobs for residents.
