Fast food can often become costly, especially when you’re feeding a group. While making a homemade meal, like a fried chicken sandwich or air-fried spicy chicken nuggets, can be a great alternative, sometimes a quick drive-thru stop is the most convenient option.
To make fast food more affordable, many fast food chains have been rolling out special deals. Shake Shack introduced its first-ever meal deal, Dairy Queen launched a $7 meal deal, and Pizza Hut unveiled a $25 Pizza Charcuterie bundle for groups.
This time, Wendy’s is offering a special burger deal to help fans through the March Madness season, ahead of the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) annual basketball tournament. Whether you’re watching the games at home or traveling to support your team, this offer is one you won’t want to miss.
Wendy’s $1 Burger Deal
Wendy’s is offering two popular menu items for just $1 from now until April 13. You can grab either a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or a Double Stack for the unbeatable price.
The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger comes with applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
The Double Stack features two beef patties, American cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion, minus the bacon.
However, this deal is exclusive to the Wendy’s app, so you’ll need to download it to access the offer. To redeem, you’ll also need to make an additional purchase, such as fries or a Thin Mints Frosty.
Additional March Madness Deals at Wendy’s
Wendy’s has partnered with three major food delivery services to offer even more deals during March Madness.
GrubHub subscribers can receive a free Baconator with a purchase of $20 or more.
Uber Eats users can get a buy-one-get-one Double Stack Biggie Bag.
DashPass subscribers will enjoy a free Son of Baconator with a $20 order.
Other Fast Food Deals
Wendy’s isn’t the only chain offering deals during March Madness. KFC has introduced the Dunk It Bucket Meal, while Domino’s is offering pizzas at 50% off. For dessert, Pillsbury’s Basketball Shape Sugar Cookies are available for a quick, easy treat for game day.
