Kingsport, Tennessee – The Arby’s location on West Stone Drive has reopened after a two-week closure for renovations. The restaurant now features a double drive-thru, designed to improve efficiency and speed up service for customers.
Michelle Carter, Vice President of Operations for AES Restaurant Group, highlighted the benefits of the renovations. “We added a double drive-thru to increase throughput,” she explained. “The building was outdated, so we wanted to give it a facelift and revitalize the restaurant for the community.”
The renovated Arby’s is located at 4532 West Stone Drive and is part of AES Restaurant Group’s efforts to enhance customer experience across its locations. The group operates multiple Arby’s restaurants in the region, focusing on modernizing facilities to better serve local communities.
