Starbucks has rolled out several new products for the spring season, starting March 4. The updated menu includes an Iced Cherry Chai and Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, alongside the return of popular items like the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Crème Frappuccino.
But that’s not all. Starbucks is also expanding its offerings outside of its cafés, making it easier for customers to enjoy Starbucks beverages at home. According to Starbucks’ 2025 Wake Up Survey, two-thirds of Americans start their day with a cup of coffee, and many are choosing to brew their first cup at home.
To help, Starbucks has added new products to its Coffee At Home line, which includes signature roasts, cold brew, flavored creamers, and the new Crema Instant Coffee collection. This spring, Starbucks is bringing its lavender-themed items to your kitchen with the launch of Vanilla Lavender Flavored Coffee. Available in both ground coffee and K-Cup Pods for Keurig machines, this new product allows coffee lovers to enjoy the lavender flavor from home.
In addition, Starbucks has introduced Lavender Latte Flavored Oatmilk Creamer, part of the brand’s first-ever Oatmilk Creamers line. A new Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso Flavored Oatmilk Creamer is also available, inspired by the popular Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
For those seeking a healthier option, Starbucks is releasing Caffé Mocha Flavored Zero Creamer, offering the rich chocolate flavor of a Caffé Mocha with no added sugar.
Starbucks is also bringing back two fan-favorites: Brown Sugar Cinnamon Flavored Coffee and Toasted Coconut Mocha Flavored Coffee. Both are available in ground coffee, K-Cup Pods, and cold brew concentrate.
Finally, Starbucks is introducing two new coffee blends this spring. The limited-edition Mountain Blend is a medium roast with hints of cocoa nibs and orange zest. It will be available as ground coffee and K-Cup Pods until June. Meanwhile, the new Sunsera Blend, a light roast coffee, will be a permanent addition to the Starbucks lineup. Made with 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia, it offers a naturally sweet, bright flavor with notes of citrus and toasted almond.
The new blonde roast will also be available at Starbucks cafés and retailers. It will be sold as whole bean, ground coffee, and K-Cup Pods, with Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo pods launching in April.
