Pizza Hut has received approval to open a new location in Glasgow, set to serve the city’s East End.
The Glasgow City Council has approved the chain’s request to take over a unit at 1158 Shettleston Road. The new store will combine two units and include a car park with 13 spaces.
According to the plans, the store will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sundays.
This approval marks a second attempt after the initial application was rejected in April of last year. The new development is subject to several conditions, including the requirement to start construction within three years.
