JCK Ohana, LLC, spearheaded by Joe, Alex, and Lauren Karcher, is set to introduce five Hawaiian Bros locations to Portland, Oregon. Leveraging their rich legacy in the restaurant industry, particularly with the renowned JCK Restaurants, the Karcher family is committed to infusing Portland’s culinary landscape with the spirit of aloha.
In Tennessee, Sequoyah Hospitality, LLC, led by Jim Richards, Andrew Gardner, and Brion Voges, will spearhead the expansion with 18 locations planned across key cities like Nashville and Chattanooga. Backed by Jim Richards’ proven track record in restaurant development, the team is poised to elevate the Hawaiian Bros experience in the region.
Rock Hawaiian, LLC, helmed by Edith Diaz, is embarking on an exciting venture in Las Vegas, Nevada, with five planned Hawaiian Bros restaurants. Having established a strong presence in the San Antonio market, Rock Hawaiian, LLC, is primed to replicate its success in Las Vegas.
