On Sunday, March 2, McDonald’s is offering $1 Egg McMuffins and Sausage McMuffins exclusively through its app. To take advantage of this deal, customers must opt into the rewards program.
BOGO McDelivery Deal
From March 3 to March 30, McDonald’s is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on Sausage McMuffins with Egg for McDelivery orders made through the app. This promotion is available at participating locations and also requires opting into rewards.
This celebration also includes the nationwide availability of McDonald’s bagel sandwiches and the introduction of Krispy Kreme doughnuts at select locations, with plans for wider availability by the end of 2026.
