MultiBar, a next-generation fast food chain from the Gabar network, has officially launched in Krakow, Poland. The announcement was made by Ukrainian entrepreneur Volodymyr Matviychuk, the founder of Gabar, via a post on Facebook.
“We are excited to announce that we are now open! Your favorite dishes are now available in Krakow, and we invite you to visit us at Wielicka 259, Krakow, 30-663,” Matviychuk wrote.
Earlier this year, the first international Gabar location opened in Los Angeles, USA. Matviychuk had previously confirmed plans to expand into Poland, emphasizing that the core concept of the restaurant would remain the same. The new Krakow location, like those in Ukraine, will offer a fast-casual experience featuring healthy meals in a café setting, with options for dining in or takeaway.
In February, Gabar announced that it would expand its presence globally using a master-franchise model, designed to accelerate growth. Under this model, MultiBar partners—working with the MultiCook network, which oversees the “Galya Baluvana” brand abroad—will have the opportunity to open additional MultiBar outlets internationally.
