BUFFALO, N.Y. — Cluck Cluck Moo Moo, a popular quick-service restaurant, has entered into a second franchise agreement, expanding its reach.
The new franchise is being led by Jon DiBernardo, a seasoned restaurateur known for his upscale dining establishments.
DiBernardo is the owner of Iron Tale Tavern on Elmwood Avenue and Delaware Pub & Grill in Kenmore. He is now preparing to open a Cluck Cluck Moo Moo location in the Depew area.
DiBernardo acknowledges the stark difference between his current high-end restaurants and the fast-food venture. He previously owned Le Metro and Water Street Landing in Lewiston, but is eager to explore this new, more casual restaurant model.
