CAVA Partners with Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Thomas
CAVA, the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, has teamed up with Olympic gold medalist sprinter Gabby Thomas for a new line of health-conscious meals. This collaboration moves beyond the typical “New Year, New Me” mentality, promoting a balanced yet enjoyable approach to eating. The meals are designed to provide flavor-packed, wholesome ingredients that support a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste.
The new menu items are inspired by Thomas’s personal approach to fueling her busy and active routine. The collaboration includes several chef-curated dishes with high-quality ingredients that align with an energetic, healthy lifestyle:
Spicy Lamb + Avocado Bowl: This dish features spicy lamb meatballs, avocado, SuperGreens, black lentils, Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus, Persian cucumber, pickled onions, and tomato & onion, all topped with a refreshing lemon herb tahini dressing.
Vegetarian Falafel Crunch Bowl: A satisfying mix of falafel, roasted vegetables, saffron basmati rice, black lentils, Crazy Feta, traditional hummus, Persian cucumber, cabbage slaw, romaine, and pita crisps, all drizzled with a zesty skhug dressing.
Garlic Chicken + Veggie Pita: This dish combines grilled chicken and roasted vegetables with tzatziki, tomato & onion, salt-brined pickles, cabbage slaw, and crumbled feta, all generously dressed with garlic sauce.
These nutritious and flavorful meals are available for a limited time at all CAVA locations nationwide, as well as through the CAVA app and website.
