Pacifica, CA – The iconic Taco Bell Cantina in Pacifica, often referred to as the “coolest” Taco Bell in the world, has officially reopened after a two-week closure for renovations. The popular location, known for its unique beachfront setting, had been closed since January 5 for a remodel.
Fans of the restaurant can once again enjoy their favorite fast food as the Pacifica Taco Bell reopened its doors on Friday, January 17. However, construction is still ongoing, and the dining area remains closed. Customers are encouraged to place orders at the walk-up window, which offers stunning views of the ocean.
“We appreciate your understanding as we took the time to freshen up the location,” said James Aman, Senior Taco Bell Cantina Specialist. “Although the dining room is temporarily unavailable, we’re excited to welcome guests back, and we’re making improvements to make the experience even better.”
The restaurant is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight, according to Taco Bell’s official website.
Business Insider has previously named this Pacifica location the “coolest” Taco Bell in the world, ranking it first out of more than 7,000 Taco Bell restaurants worldwide. Situated at 5200 Coast Highway, the restaurant is a popular stop for surfers looking to grab a quick bite after hitting the waves. Its surfboard-themed parking lot adds to the unique vibe of the beachside eatery.
