Taco Bell Drive-Through Proposed for Two Rivers

The City of Two Rivers will hold two important meetings today, January 13th.

At 5:15 p.m., the City Council will convene in the Council Chambers for a special session. The council will vote on designating the Lester Public Library as the central count location for the 2025 Spring Primary election. If approved, future elections will be held at City Hall.

Following that, at 5:30 p.m., the Plan Commission will meet in the same chambers. They will review a conditional use permit for a proposed Taco Bell drive-through at 1800 Washington Street. The commission will also examine the site and architectural plans for the restaurant. Additionally, they will discuss a request to rezone the property at 2114 East River Street.
