The popular fast-food chain Chick-fil-A is planning to open a new restaurant in Carroll County, Georgia. According to construction documents, the proposed location will be situated at 1302 US Highway 27. The new restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a drive-thru.
Chick-fil-A, headquartered in Atlanta, operates over 3,000 restaurants across 48 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and Canada. The brand is known for its signature chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, salads, and milkshakes.
This new Carroll County location is part of a broader expansion in Georgia. Additional Chick-fil-A restaurants are also planned for Lawrenceville and Buckhead, as previously reported by What Now Atlanta.
The company has stated that it opens a limited number of new locations each year, choosing sites based on specific corporate goals and targeted markets. Construction bids for the Carrollton location will be accepted until January 8, 2025.
Carrollton is located west of Atlanta.
