Taco Bell is officially adding a new item to its menu, bringing crispy chicken nuggets to fans across the country starting December 19. After successful tests in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2023 and Houston, Texas earlier this year, the fast-food chain is now introducing the breaded and fried nuggets to its nationwide offerings. The launch will also feature three new dipping sauces, available for a limited time while supplies last.
The new Crispy Chicken Nuggets are made from all-white meat chicken, marinated in a “jalapeño buttermilk flavor” and coated with a unique blend of breadcrumbs and crushed tortilla chips. Taco Bell’s Chief Marketing Officer, Taylor Montgomery, emphasized the brand’s bold approach to the popular snack, stating, “In a world dominated by chicken cravings, it was time to show the world how Taco Bell does chicken nuggets — unexpected and undeniably bold.”
New Dipping Sauces for Nugget Lovers
Taco Bell has also unveiled three new sauces designed specifically for nugget dipping. After testing over 100 different options, the chain narrowed it down to these three choices:
Hidden Valley Fire Ranch Sauce: A first-ever partnership with Hidden Valley, this sauce combines Fire Sauce with ranch for a spicy, creamy kick.
Bell Sauce: A new signature blend, this sauce is described as rich, creamy, and tangy, with hints of tomatoes, red chiles, and garlic.
Jalapeño Honey Mustard: A bold twist on classic honey mustard, this sauce adds a touch of heat with jalapeños.

Taco Bell is offering several ways for customers to enjoy the new Crispy Chicken Nuggets:
A 5-piece nugget with one dipping sauce costs $3.99.
