The Chick-fil-A on Whipple Avenue in Redwood City will reopen on Tuesday, December 10, after being closed since September 13 for traffic flow improvements.
The restaurant has made several changes to its drive-thru to improve efficiency. The queue has been extended and now includes two lanes, one of which is dedicated to mobile orders. Additionally, the drive-thru will have two exits. Customers picking up their orders can exit directly onto Whipple Avenue, which is expected to speed up the process, according to a restaurant spokesperson.
The new hours of operation will be 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
