McDonald’s is set to bring back its popular Holiday Pie for a limited time, starting Friday, November 15. The fast-food chain confirmed that the festive dessert will be available in select cities, including Seattle, Los Angeles, St. Louis, New York City, Cleveland, Memphis, and Dallas.
The Holiday Pie features a creamy custard filling nestled in a flaky crust, topped with a sugary glaze and colorful rainbow sprinkles. This seasonal treat first appeared in 1999 and has since become a holiday favorite among McDonald’s customers.
Although the official release date is November 15, some locations have already begun selling the pies. Instagram user Markie Devo reported sightings of the Holiday Pie in Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania. Other users have also noted its availability in Northern Virginia and Los Angeles. However, fans in Florida, Colorado, and Arizona expressed disappointment over the absence of the pies in their states.
Social media users have shared their excitement about the return of the Holiday Pie. One Ohio resident commented that they look forward to it every year and enjoy freezing them for later use. Another user expressed eagerness to stock up on the treat.
While McDonald’s has not announced how long the Holiday Pie will be available, it remained on the menu until December 30 last year. Fans are encouraged to check local McDonald’s locations for availability as they prepare for the holiday season.
