A new Chipotle location is set to open in Ocoee, Florida, as part of the Ocoee Village Center retail development. This center is currently under construction at the intersection of State Road 429 and Clarcona-Ocoee Road.
The Ocoee Village Center will encompass a variety of amenities, including a 43,000-square-foot grocery store, a 7-Eleven convenience store, several restaurants, and various retail shops. In addition to these commercial spaces, the development will feature 320 luxury apartments and 232 townhomes, contributing to the area’s growth.
The site is strategically positioned for high visibility and accessibility, with approximately 72,000 vehicles passing daily on State Road 429 and 26,000 on Clarcona-Ocoee Road. This traffic is expected to increase as the community continues to develop.
Chipotle’s new restaurant will be located at 10700 Clarcona-Ocoee Road, Suite 100. However, an official opening date has not yet been announced.
The Ocoee Village Center aims to attract a diverse mix of tenants and is part of a larger plan to enhance the local economy and provide residents with more dining and shopping options.
