The Chick-fil-A restaurant in Corinth will permanently close on Thursday afternoon. However, customers need not worry, as a new location will open nearby soon.
The current Chick-fil-A in Kensington Square, located at 4481 FM 2181, is moving approximately 1.5 miles west down Teasley Lane to a new site at 3550 FM 2181. This information comes from a statement released by Chick-fil-A.
The existing restaurant will shut its doors at 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, as noted on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
While an exact opening date for the new location has not yet been announced, the Lake Cities Chamber of Commerce plans to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony there at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15.
A spokesperson for Chick-fil-A did not provide additional details about the new restaurant on Wednesday.
