by Nick

Little Bao has launched a new seasonal seafood dish called “KFC.

Korean Fried Crab Buns,” priced from $128. This dish combines the flavors of Teochew raw pickled crab and Korean soy sauce crab, marking the first time the restaurant has embraced a “sea” theme with high-quality seafood ingredients.

The K.F.C. Korean Fried Crab Bun is priced at $138. It features crab marinated in chili soy sauce, deep-fried using Little Bao’s signature method, and topped with Korean chili sauce along with a homemade green onion and garlic salad. This combination delivers a spicy and flavorful experience.

Another highlight is the scallop sashimi with marinated broth, priced at $148. Inspired by Teochew-style raw marinated seafood, this dish presents Peruvian-style raw scallops marinated in Jolo Dashi, enhanced by the freshness of lime. It is garnished with healthy wolfberries, crunchy jicama, basil, and crispy homemade fried dumpling wrappers.

In addition to these seafood offerings, Little Bao’s set menu for two features new flavors of its signature fried chicken. The ginger-fried three-yellow chicken is available starting at $128 and comes in original or Sichuan flavors. The chicken is fried with pepper and scallion oil and marinated with ginger powder until golden and crispy while remaining tender inside.

The ginger-fried chicken can be included as a sharing dish, while dessert options include the newly launched milk tea ice cream bun for an extra $10.
