Tim Hortons, the popular Canadian coffeehouse chain, is set to release limited-edition coffee cups in celebration of National Coffee Day on September 29, 2024.
These collectible cups will be available at participating locations across Canada. Each cup will feature one of five motivational messages that customers can share with friends and family.
The cups will showcase five unique bilingual designs, which will be randomly given to customers who order a medium hot coffee. The motivational messages include: “You Got This,” “Cheers,” “Here’s To You,” “You Do You,” and “XOXO.”
Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons, expressed the brand’s intention behind this initiative. “For many of our guests, the simple act of treating their loved ones with a Tim’s coffee can mean so much,” she said. “We wanted to celebrate that power of connection and kindness with these limited-edition cups leading up to National Coffee Day.”
Bagozzi added that as Canada’s favorite coffee destination, Tim Hortons aims to inspire guests to think about the special people in their lives with whom they want to share a coffee.
In addition to the upcoming cup launch, Tim Hortons recently partnered with Nutella to introduce a new line of baked goods and beverages featuring the popular hazelnut spread. This includes a Dream Cookie, a Dream Donut, and a filled croissant. Earlier in June 2024, the brand also launched two new flavors of Dream Cookies: Oreo Double Stuff and Caramilk.
The Oreo Double Stuff Dream Cookie features a cookies and cream base topped with frosting and OREO crumble.
Meanwhile, the Caramilk Dream Cookie contains milk chocolate chips and a caramel center.
With these new offerings and special events, Tim Hortons continues to engage its customers while celebrating their love for coffee and community.
