Prisma Properties (publ) has finalized a 10-year lease agreement with Nordic Service Partners, the operator of KFC in Sweden. This agreement will facilitate the establishment of a new KFC restaurant in the bustling Häggvik retail area, located north of Stockholm. The annual rent for the property is projected to be SEK 1.4 million.
This marks the sixth collaboration between Nordic Service Partners and KFC, with Prisma Properties chosen as the development partner in the Nordic region.
Carsten Krebs, Chief Development Officer of Prisma Properties, expressed enthusiasm about the project, stating, “Häggvik is a rapidly growing area in Sollentuna. This development will enhance the dining options available to the local community. KFC’s decision to partner with Prisma again demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality.”
Johan Persson, CEO of Nordic Service Partners, added, “This will be our seventh KFC location in Stockholm, and we are looking to hire around 50 new employees. We are thrilled to expand our reach and serve more chicken lovers.”
The new KFC restaurant is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.
