Fans of SpongeBob SquarePants will soon have the chance to enjoy the iconic Krabby Patty burger, thanks to Wendy’s. The fast-food chain plans to introduce the Krabby Patty Meal starting October 8, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the beloved animated series.
According to a leaked internal memo from Wendy’s dated August 16, the Krabby Patty Meal will be available in the United States, Canada, and Guam. The meal will include a premium cheeseburger made with Wendy’s fresh, never frozen beef, topped with fresh produce and a special Krabby Patty sauce. It aims to capture the essence of the famous fictional burger that fans adore.
Alongside the burger, customers will receive a “Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty,” inspired by SpongeBob’s underwater home.
This Frosty features Wendy’s signature vanilla ice cream swirled with pineapple mango puree, offering a unique dessert experience for fans of all ages.
The meal will also come with Wendy’s “Hot & Crispy Fries,” which are described as the perfect complement to the main dish.
However, fans should act quickly, as the Krabby Patty Meal will only be available for a limited time until November 11.
Wendy’s expressed excitement about the collaboration, anticipating a strong turnout from both fast-food enthusiasts and SpongeBob fans.
Although the leaked memo has generated buzz online, Wendy’s has remained tight-lipped about the details, only hinting at the upcoming collaboration. A Wendy’s spokesperson stated, “While we can’t confirm what’s coming down Wendy’s innovation pipeline, we’re always looking to bring fans new menu items inspired by their cravings.”
