Carl’s Jr. is launching the Carl’s Community Club Cash Bonanza, a new initiative aimed at supporting local communities across Australia.
Clubs in Queensland, South Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria can register to host events at nearby Carl’s Jr. restaurants, with 20% of sales from these events going back to the clubs.
Throughout September, local clubs can sign up to hold community events at their local Carl’s Jr. venue. Each event will contribute 20% of sales directly to the participating club.
All registered clubs will automatically enter a draw to win one of four grants, each valued at $2,500, for a total of $10,000 in funding.
“Carl’s Jr. is synonymous with providing the highest quality and most indulgent burgers,” said Sally Williams, Marketing Director for APAC.
“Each of our franchisees and operators is a proud member and valued employer in their local community. This exciting program aims to give back to those communities that continue to support us here in Australia.”
Clubs interested in participating can register through the Carl’s Jr. website. Events can accommodate as many club members as the restaurants can handle. Winners will have the option to choose their own menu, with 20% of all sales during the event supporting their club.
All registrations made in September will automatically enter clubs into the $10,000 Community Club Grants program. Entries opened on September 2 and will close on September 27. Winners will be announced on October 1 at 10 AM, with one winner selected from each participating state.
“We value all the local communities we work in, and we know how much they value us,” Williams added. “With four grants totaling $10,000 to give away, we hope to support these important community clubs in their ongoing activities.”
