McDonald’s India has announced the launch of its new gourmet burger line, called the ‘Signature Collection.’ This initiative is part of an innovative campaign titled ‘Imagined in AI,’ which utilizes generative artificial intelligence to engage customers in the burger creation process.
Through the AI chatbot, customers can choose their ideal burger by selecting from a wide range of ingredients. This interactive experience allows users to bring their culinary ideas to life before the official menu launch.
The campaign encourages customer participation by inviting them to design their burgers ahead of the release. After creating their custom burgers, participants can join the McDonald’s Signature Collection Club, which offers exclusive deals and promotions.
The Signature Collection will be available in select McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India starting September 4, 2024. The rollout will gradually extend to additional locations in the region.
This move marks a significant step for McDonald’s India as it embraces technology to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
