Taipei, Taiwan – The creators of the popular dessert shop ‘French Handmade Desserts in the Late Night’ are expanding their culinary horizons with the launch of a new brand, Senye Bread&Coffee. This innovative bakery, which specializes in a variety of breads, desserts, and cookies, is set to begin trial operations on August 20th.
What sets Senye Bread&Coffee apart is its commitment to quality, as it proudly becomes the first specialty bakery in Taiwan to use 100% Échiré Esch cream. This prestigious French cream, with a legacy spanning 130 years, is known for its unique production process, involving wooden churns and fermentation barrels, which give it a rich, nutty flavor and a smooth, lasting texture.
Rick, the visionary behind the brand, insists on using only Échiré cream for all of Senye’s creations, refusing to compromise by blending other cream brands. Despite its higher cost and shorter shelf life, Rick believes the unparalleled taste and texture of Échiré cream make it an essential ingredient in crafting the bakery’s signature products.
Building on their expertise in French desserts and cookies, Senye Bread&Coffee is expanding its focus to include a range of breads. New offerings include croissants, brioche, French baguettes, milk toast, sourdough, and chocolate bread. Rick is also exploring the development of additional menu items, such as homemade bread burgers and bread paired with special sauces, with a bold goal of creating 100 unique products featuring Échiré cream.
The bakery invites customers to experience the delicate flavors and textures that have made Échiré cream a staple of fine French baking.
