On August 5, Wendy’s announced a special deal for Frosty fans. Starting today, small Frosty treats are available for just $1 at participating Wendy’s restaurants nationwide until September 15.
Wendy’s stated there is no limit on how many Frostys customers can enjoy. Fans can choose between the classic chocolate flavor or the limited-time Triple Berry Frosty, available until the end of summer. There is speculation whether the Pumpkin Spice Frosty, which debuted last year, will make a return this fall.
“There’s some debate on how to enjoy a Frosty,” Wendy’s mentioned in a press release, noting that the treat is somewhere between a milkshake and soft-serve ice cream. “A spoon? Straw? With fries?”
According to a national survey conducted by Wendy’s, 70% of Frosty fans use a spoon, while Gen Z customers often prefer to use a french fry.
Wendy’s also highlighted its in-app rewards system, where customers earn 10 points for every $1 spent. These points can be redeemed for free treats or combined with other rewards and offers.
