Taco Bell” data-wpil-keyword-link=”linked”>Taco Bell has finally unveiled its highly anticipated collaboration with Cheez-It. Announced at the Live Más Live event in February, this partnership introduces two new menu items featuring a giant cheese-flavored cracker.
Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap And Tostada
The new Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap replaces the traditional tostada shell with a giant Cheez-It cracker, which is sixteen times larger than a standard Cheez-It. The Big Cheez-It Tostada also uses this oversized cracker as a base. Taco Bell tested both items in 2022 at a single location in Irvine, California.
The Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap is packed with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and reduced-fat sour cream, all layered over the giant Cheez-It. The Big Cheez-It Tostada features a large Cheez-It square topped with seasoned beef, tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, and reduced-fat sour cream.
Release Dates And Availability
Although Taco Bell hasn’t officially announced the release date for these new items, fast-food insider @markie_devo revealed that Taco Bell app users can order them from May 30 to June 5. Afterward, they will be available nationwide from June 6 to July 17, or while supplies last.
Other New Menu Items
In addition to the Cheez-It items, Taco Bell introduced the $5 Taco Discovery Box in April. Available every Tuesday through June 4, this value meal includes a classic Crunchy Taco (170 calories), a Doritos Locos Taco (170 calories), the new Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco (340 calories), and a medium fountain drink.
Taco Bell did not immediately respond to inquiries about the exact availability dates for the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap and the Big Cheez-It Tostada.
