Tim Hortons Malaysia has officially been granted Halal certification from the Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM), confirming that all of its outlets meet the required halal standards.
This certification applies to Tim Hortons outlets across the country, including high-profile locations such as the flagship store at Sunway Pyramid, as well as branches in Subang USJ, One Utama, AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi, IOI City Mall, and Sunway Velocity.
To celebrate this achievement, Tim Hortons Malaysia has launched the RM7 Coffee Classics, a special range of drinks made with 100% Arabica coffee. In addition, the brand announced plans to expand its presence, with two new stores slated to open soon at AEON Shah Alam and Sunway Putra Mall.
Tim Hortons outlets in Malaysia and Singapore are operated by MGCA Cafe, a fully owned subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, a major Japanese trading and investment firm.
