American fast-food giant Chuck E. Cheese is set to open its first Australian venue in Perth.
After more than a year following a partnership with Royale Hospitality Group, the global franchise has confirmed that its first Australian restaurant will open in Western Australia.
The new venue will feature everything that makes Chuck E. Cheese a family favorite: pizzas, multi-level play zones, arcade games, climbing walls, an interactive dance floor, and, of course, the iconic mouse mascot. Although the exact location is yet to be announced, the restaurant is expected to be the perfect spot for “stress-free” children’s birthday parties.
Christian Beaden, general manager of Royale Hospitality Group, expressed excitement over the opening. “Perth has a strong culture for family entertainment, so bringing Chuck E. Cheese to Australia is incredibly exciting. We can’t wait for families to experience the fun, games, and great food that have made it famous around the world,” he said. “We’re all about creating unforgettable family memories, and we know that Aussie kids and parents are going to love it!”
Mario Centola, Chief Operating Officer of International Operations and Worldwide Franchise Development, called the Australian expansion a major milestone. “For nearly 50 years, Chuck E. Cheese has been at the heart of family entertainment in the US, bringing smiles to millions of children each year. We are thrilled to introduce this iconic experience to Australian families,” he said. “This launch is a significant milestone for our growing global brand, and we can’t wait to see Aussies embracing the magic of Chuck E. Cheese.”
