Chick-fil-A has announced plans to open its first restaurant in Fredericksburg, located in Hill County. The new store will be situated on the 500 block of Friendship Lane, near the popular Das Peach Haus Homestead, a well-known spot for shopping, dining, and lodging.
The restaurant will be owned and operated by Janell Edwards, a Fredericksburg native. “I’m thrilled to return to my hometown as we prepare to open Chick-fil-A Fredericksburg,” Edwards said in a press release. “Chick-fil-A is committed to supporting the communities it serves, and I’m excited to offer career opportunities for new team members.”
While the exact opening date has not been announced, the location is currently hiring for 80 new positions, both full-time and part-time. Chick-fil-A Fredericksburg is offering benefits such as competitive pay, scholarship opportunities, and tuition discounts for its team members.
