WARWICK – A new Chick-fil-A is under construction in Warwick, located in front of Showcase Cinemas, adjacent to Texas Roadhouse.
The fast food chain, known for its chicken sandwiches, confirmed the new location in an email to The Providence Journal.
The new Chick-fil-A will be situated at 1200 Quaker Lane, near the East Greenwich border and Texas Roadhouse.
The new restaurant will feature two drive-through lanes and a 5,200 square-foot building. Inside, there will be 68 seats, with an additional 24 outdoor seats on a small patio near Division Street.
Currently, Warwick has an existing Chick-fil-A at 1500 Bald Hill Road, located in the Marketplace Center. That location only offers a single drive-through lane, which often experiences heavy traffic.
This new location will be Chick-fil-A’s second in Rhode Island, in addition to its delivery service operating out of a ghost kitchen at 65 Bath Street in Providence.
