Chipotle, the popular fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain, is preparing to open a new location in Bee Cave. The new store will be located just north of the Hill Country Galleria, offering its signature menu of tacos, burritos, and salad bowls.
The upcoming location was confirmed during a Bee Cave City Council meeting on January 14. It will feature a convenient drive-through pickup window. The restaurant is expected to open near the end of 2025, according to developer Bill Walters.

The new Chipotle will be situated at the intersection of S. RM 620 and East Ladera Boulevard.
