MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – A grand celebration marked the reopening of Wendy’s on North Hills Street Thursday, following extensive renovations.
The fast-food restaurant’s dining room is now open to the public once again. To celebrate, the event featured performances from Meridian High School’s band and cheer squad.

As a special treat, the first 100 customers were awarded free Wendy’s meals for a year. Additionally, those who ordered through the app enjoyed a complimentary cookie, with an option to upgrade their meal for a free sandwich voucher.
