Dunkin’ Donuts is set to open a new store at 914 N. 27th St. in Milwaukee’s Avenues West neighborhood. The 1,300-square-foot building, which once housed a Wendy’s franchise, was previously owned by former Milwaukee Bucks player Junior Bridgeman as part of his fast-food chain operations. The Wendy’s location closed earlier this year.
Kardo Rasha, of Brookfield-based The Kardo Group, plans to purchase the property in 2025 and convert it into a Dunkin’ Donuts store. Renovations for the building are estimated to cost approximately $200,000. The new Dunkin’ location is expected to open by the second quarter of 2025.
This addition will expand Dunkin’ Donuts’ presence in Wisconsin, where the company already operates nearly 100 locations.
