In the wake of Halloween festivities, several fast food chains are introducing new menu items this week. While Halloween has passed, the celebrations continue, evident in themed offerings like Velvet Taco’s Haunted Harvest, which, despite its spooky name, features a pumpkin spice flavor.
Nothing Bundt Cakes is also getting into the holiday spirit with its Oreo Dirt Cake, topped with gummy worms to match the Halloween theme. As we move toward Thanksgiving and Christmas, other restaurants are unveiling seasonal favorites.
Arby’s is serving turkey sandwiches, Friendly’s has introduced the Tom the Turkey sundae, and Dog Haus is offering turducken dishes. Five Guys is back with a peppermint shake, while McDonald’s has launched a new frozen dessert flavored with dulce de leche.
Taco Bell has debuted its “decades” menu, which was tested earlier this summer. Hardee’s is bringing back its cinnamon-raisin biscuits and candied bacon. Meanwhile, Chicken Salad Chick and Krystal have added new melt options to their menus.
Bojangles is now offering nuggets, cleverly named “bites.” Smoothie King has introduced new items aimed at customers using effective weight-loss medications, while Baja Fresh has rolled out chimichangas.
Other notable updates include new mocha drinks from Black Rock Coffee Bar, a pumpkin pie-inspired cookie from Potbelly, a premium French Dip at Gott’s Roadside, and layered tacos from First Watch.
