Chick-fil-A Warrenton Set to Reopen After Three-Month Renovation

by Nick

Chick-fil-A Warrenton will reopen on November 7 after a three-month closure for renovations aimed at improving service and customer experience.

The popular fast-food chain, renowned for its chicken sandwiches and customer service, shut its doors in early August to undergo significant updates, as announced on its social media platforms.

Becky Riggs, the general manager of the Warrenton location, shared with FauquierNow that the renovations include a double drive-thru, a new drive-thru cockpit, a walk-out service door, and a centerline kitchen layout. These changes will enhance staff efficiency by allowing one team to handle drive-thru orders while another serves in-restaurant guests.

“The Haymarket Chick-fil-A location already has many of these features,” Riggs mentioned, highlighting how similar improvements have expedited service and reduced wait times.

This renovation follows upgrades made in 2019 when franchise owner Paul Brock redesigned the parking lot and enhanced drive-thru capabilities to manage heavy traffic during peak hours. The current renovations respond to an increased demand for drive-thru service, reflecting a trend of customers opting to dine offsite.
