As October unfolds and Halloween approaches, many are getting into the festive spirit. While treats like Reese’s Pumpkins and Pumpkin Pie M&M’s are flying off the shelves, Wendy’s is set to surprise fans with a unique offering that breaks the Halloween mold.
While other fast food chains have rolled out Halloween-themed items—such as Burger King’s “The Addams Family” menu and Dunkin’s festive Munchkins Bucket—Wendy’s is taking a different approach this month. Their Frosty Frights Kids’ Meal, featuring charming Frosty toys, adds to the excitement of the season.
Wendy’s Unveils The Krabby Patty Collaboration
In celebration of the 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants, Wendy’s is introducing the iconic Krabby Patty to its menu for the first time. Although gummy Krabby Patties have long been available, no fast food chain has ever offered the real thing—until now.
Wendy’s new menu items include the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty.
The Krabby Patty Kollab Burger features a quarter-pound beef patty, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a “top-secret” Krabby Kollab sauce, all served on a premium bun. This playful twist adds an element of mystery, reminiscent of Plankton’s endless quest for the secret Krabby Patty formula.
The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty pays homage to SpongeBob’s pineapple-shaped home. It combines the classic Vanilla Frosty with a swirl of Pineapple Mango purée. However, this means the Vanilla Frosty will temporarily be unavailable, so fans are encouraged to savor it while they can.
The Krabby Patty Kollab will be available at participating Wendy’s locations across the U.S., Canada, and Guam starting October 8. Customers can enjoy it in restaurants or through the Wendy’s app while supplies last.
Fans have eagerly anticipated this collaboration, and after 25 years of watching Bikini Bottom’s characters indulge in the beloved burger, many are excited to try it, mirroring SpongeBob’s enthusiasm for working at the Krusty Krab.
